“Making Fishers of Men” Outing (males only)

$10.00Calling all males!!! Join us as we host a half-day mentoring fishing outing, chartered by Double Eagle Deep Sea Fishing in Clearwater, FL, centered around the theme “Making Fishers of Men”. This outreach is designed specifically for young males in grades 6-12 and their male fathers/guardians/mentors to fellowship with a similar community of male individuals.
The book of Matthew 4:18-20 teaches us about when Jesus called His first disciples, and the “charge” He gave them to be “fishers of men”. INSPIRE by L.E.S.U.R.E., Inc. is committed to teaching our youth the importance of what being a disciple in this world, a true follower of Jesus Christ, fully entails. This unique outreach activity will help our male adults develop a stronger bond with the young men they have the Biblical responsibility for raising, teach the men about what the Bible calls for from fathers, as well as teach the youth males the important life-skill of fishing that, as the old proverb says, when you “Give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him (and his family 😊) for a lifetime”.
